UK Staffing Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established payroll services company. This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, loves the social side of working in a close-knit team, and wants to build a long-term career in customer service.

Handling high-volume inbound customer queries by phone and email
Supporting payroll and contractor queries as part of a busy service team
Building strong working relationships with colleagues and contractors alike
Delivering a friendly, professional and efficient service, particularly during peak periodsWhat We're Looking For

Confident, friendly telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Hard-working with a genuine willingness to learn
1-2 years' work experience
Previous phone-based experience
