• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer queries via live chat, telephone, and email channels.
• Deliver friendly and accurate assistance while ensuring all interactions meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain precise records of customer data and resolve account-related issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address complex queries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Participate fully in on-site training during your initial four weeks to build confidence in systems and processes.
• Work 16 hours per week across two days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) as part of a rotational schedule supporting peak demand periods.

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude toward learning new systems or processes and enthusiasm for personal development.
• Strong attention to detail when recording data or following procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Comfortable working weekend shifts as part of a regular rota pattern.
