Position: Customer Service & Sales Support
Location: Office-Based - Coulsdon
Salary: £16,000 +
Hours: Part time - 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Experience: Ideal for those with customer service experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing customer quotes and orders with precision and care
• Handling inbound calls & emails, ensuring every customer receives first-class support
• Building strong customer relationships - they’ll know you by name!
• Upselling & cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
• Proactively following up on quotes to convert them into orders
• Managing expectations & resolving queries with confidence
• Working collaboratively to maintain our high customer experience standards

Requirements
