Customer Service Assistant

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global FMCG brand, for a part time Customer Service Assistant to support their team with order processing and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth customer operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle administrative tasks related to customer service.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, providing clear and timely information.
• Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
• Liaise with internal departments to manage orders, returns, and resolve any issues.

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience in customer service and order processing (SAP experience preferred).
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced environment.

BENEFITS:

• Duration: 3 months
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Salary: £27,000 Pro Rata
