About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Stourbridge. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a can-do attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our front-line team, you’ll be providing exceptional customer service, handling enquiries, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to queries via phone, email, and in person
Process sales, returns, and exchanges
Keep the service area tidy and well-stocked
Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred)
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team
Basic IT skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
