As a Customer Service Field Agent Driving, you'll support participants in the ONS survey by visiting specific residents within a 40-mile radius using your own car (fuel costs covered). Your mission: encourage survey completion, providing guidance and support as needed, helping to shape UK policies and improve communities.

Location: Carlisle, UK

Pay & Perks:

• £12.55/hour
• fuel allowance £0.45 per mile
• Meal allowance: £7.50 (5+ hrs), £15 (10+ hrs)
• Flexible hours: 20-30 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-8 PM, some Saturdays)
• 6-month fixed-term contract

What You'll Need:

• 1+ year of any UK work experience
• A full UK driving license + your own vehicle with business Car insurance
• Confident communication and ability to work independently
• Comfortable using basic technology (laptop/smartphone) and Microsoft excel/Google spreadsheets
• DBS check (valid or completed in the last 3 months)
