Customer Service Operations Specialist to work hybrid with my client based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively both internally and externally. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a sound understanding of various systems and processes, and a high degree of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a member of a multi-skilled team within the Customer Service Operations department.
  • Utilize initiative and problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms.
  • Operate within various systems and processes, including SAP, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate excellent Excel and analytical skills to manage and interpret data.
  • Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and personal accuracy to ensure work is completed correctly the first time.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language proficiency may be required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or role.
