Part-Time Job Opportunity: Customer Support Coordinator
Location: Office-based, UK
Hours: Part-time, 09:30 – 14:30, Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.00 per hour

We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Support team as a

Customer Support Coordinator. This is a part-time, office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys providing outstanding service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders via email, phone, mail, and fax within agreed timeframes.
Handle warranty requests and both residential and commercial sample orders.
Ensure customer and order data is accurate and up-to-date to support internal teams.
Assist internal departments with marketing material requests.
Manage live customer interactions via web chat.
Deliver consistently high standards of service to both internal and external customers.
Support Saturday working if required.
Follow all company processes, verification, and authorisation procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service background, ideally in a sales or support setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar systems) is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A team player who takes initiative and maintains a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
