Part-Time Job Opportunity: Customer Support Coordinator
Location: Office-based, UK
Hours: Part-time, 09:30 – 14:30, Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.00 per hour

We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Support team as a

Customer Support Coordinator. This is a part-time, office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys providing outstanding service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders via email, phone, mail, and fax within agreed timeframes.
  • Handle warranty requests and both residential and commercial sample orders.
  • Ensure customer and order data is accurate and up-to-date to support internal teams.
  • Assist internal departments with marketing material requests.
  • Manage live customer interactions via web chat.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of service to both internal and external customers.
  • Support Saturday working if required.
  • Follow all company processes, verification, and authorisation procedures.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong customer service background, ideally in a sales or support setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar systems) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A team player who takes initiative and maintains a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
