You will need

• Ideally at least 2 years experience in Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef roles
• A DBS Certificate
• To drive
• Have High working standards
• To be Reliable
• Proven knife skills
• Food Hygiene level 2 and Allergen Certificates
• Ability to be flexible
• Be able to travel across Surrey
