Job Title: Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: Westbury-on-Trym, North Bristol
Salary: £130 - £150 per day (rising to M1 pay scale after qualifying period)
Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Start Date: September 2025

As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will gain experience across different settings and be supported by experienced consultants who understand your training background. Responsibilities of an Early Career Teacher (ECT):
- Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Build strong relationships with staff and pupils
- Manage classroom behaviour positively and effectively
- Follow school planning and assessment policies

Requirements for an Early Career Teacher (ECT):
- PGCE, SCITT or equivalent with QTS awarded by September 2025
- Strong references from teaching placements
- Passionate about teaching and learning
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
