Early Careers Teachers

Are you a passionate Early Careers Teacher (ECT) ready to take the first step in your teaching journey? Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a wide network of supportive secondary schools across East Cornwall, and we're looking for enthusiastic, committed secondary ECTs to join our team.

Whether you're seeking general cover experience across a range of subjects, or you're hoping to secure a long-term role in your specialist area - we have opportunities to suit you.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Early Careers Teachers (QTS achieved or pending)
• Strong communication and classroom presence
• Eagerness to learn and grow in your first years of teaching
• Flexibility to cover a range of subjects where required
• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
