We are currently recruiting Early Years Assistants to join our growing team and support a variety of high-quality nurseries across Central Wakefield. You'll play a vital role in providing nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environments that help children learn, grow, and thrive.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3)
  OR

• Unqualified Early Years Assistants with relevant childcare experience

• A genuine passion for working with children aged 0-5

• Ability to adapt and support different nursery teams and routines

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• A warm, caring, and professional approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children's development through play-based learning

• Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities

• Ensure the safeguarding, health, and wellbeing of all children

• Help create stimulating learning environments across different nursery settings

• Work collaboratively with permanent nursery staff and build positive relationships with children and families
