Full-Time & Part-Time Roles | Start: September 2026 | PAYE: £100 - £130 per day

SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting Early Years Educators across Hackney and Tower Hamlets for a range of welcoming nurseries and primary school EYFS provisions. These settings are seeking dedicated and nurturing practitioners who hold a NCFE CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification and are ready to support children in their early stages of development.

We are working with schools and nurseries that place a strong emphasis on play-based learning, communication development and creating safe, stimulating environments where every child can thrive.

The Role:

Support the learning, care and development of children aged 0-5 within EYFS settings
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework
Create safe, inclusive and stimulating environments that promote curiosity and independence
Support children's communication, language, physical and emotional development
Observe, assess and record children's progress using EYFS tracking systems
Work closely with parents and carers to support each child's learning journey
Support children with SEND through tailored activities and targeted support
Promote positive behaviour, routines and early social development
Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Work collaboratively with room leaders, teachers and EYFS teams

What We're Looking For:

NCFE CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (essential)
Experience in nursery or EYFS settings (preferred)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
Good communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
