Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for 2x passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our friendly Baby Room and Preschool team. As a key member of our setting, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years, helping them grow, learn, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver stimulating activities that support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where every child feels valued.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Accurately record and track children's development and progress, sharing updates with parents.
• Support children's personal care needs and ensure their wellbeing and safety at all times.

Person Specification:

• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
