Early Years Practitioner / Pre-school Teaching Assistant - BA1

My client, a thriving independent prep school, is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to work at the school on a flexible basis, filling in on various days when there is a need. What You’ll Be Doing

• Caring for children: Ensuring children are happy, healthy, and safe
• Assist in organizing the learning environment and maintaining resources.
• Help deliver learning activities, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT.
• Assist with behavior management programs and ensure a safe, secure learning environment.
• Support individual children and groups with emotional, physical, and educational needs, including those with special needs

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Level 2 qualification in Early Years
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to pupil progress
• You bring a caring, nurturing attitude that makes a difference in young lives
• Experience in Early Years education with innovative and creative ideas for engaging young learners
• Strong ability to manage classroom behaviour while creating a safe and stimulating environment
