Salary: £120 - £180 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking passionate Early Years specialists to support nurseries and primary schools across Rotherham on a supply basis.

• Delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

• Supporting children's development across all key areas: personal, social, emotional, communication, literacy, and numeracy

• Building strong, nurturing relationships with children and staff

• Adapting quickly to different school settings and classroom routines

• Providing feedback to the class teacher or nursery lead at the end of the day

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)

• Recent experience teaching within an Early Years setting (school or nursery)

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

• A flexible, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

• Legal right to work in the UK
