Education Recruitment Consultant - Part Time

We're on the lookout for a passionate Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a part time basis.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment process - from sourcing and attracting candidates to building strong relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in education recruitment or a similar industry, with a strong grasp of the full hiring cycle.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles at once.
• Confident in networking and lead generation to uncover new opportunities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

You'll receive excellent training from very experienced consultants as well as ongoing support from the team throughout your time at Farrer Barnes. We have a real focus on team success so a collaborative effort is in place.

• Commission structure (Uncapped)

• Office closed between Christmas and New Year – holiday days do not need to be used for this time
