The Electromechanical lecturer will be responsible for:

• Teach a range of Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical Engineering programmes from Level 1 to Level 5, including BTEC, T Levels, and HND courses.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and use IT and learning technologies to deliver engaging lessons.
• Support student retention and achievement through inductions, progress reviews, and timely assessment feedback.
• Participate in recruitment activities, open evenings, and contribute to course marketing and promotion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and participate in continuous professional development.
• Ensure safeguarding, equality of opportunity, and a safe learning environment for all students.
