This opportunity is with a reputable mid-sized firm based in Northamptonshire who are known in their region as a strong player. They have multiple offices across the region and have seen particular success within their employment department.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising on HR matters and tribunal case management, catering to both employees and employers on contentious and non-contentious issues.

You would join an experienced and collaborative team who work synergistically to provide the best service to their clients. You would have secretarial support and experienced colleagues on hand to offer guidance.
