Employment Solicitor

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join an established and thiriving legal practice that is offering a unique and flexible career that works around YOU.

The role:

• We are recruiting an Employment Solicitor, who will report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner.

• We are ideally looking for an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE, however, we may consider less.

• Basic salary will depened on experience and there is also a highly lucrative bonus scheme

• The role is 100% flexible and can be home or office based.

• Full time would be preferred but we can consider more part time hours for an exceptaional candidate

Our requirements:

• As an Employment Solicitor, you will act on contentious and non contentious matters representing both individuals and employers on the full range of employment law matters.

• You will be an excellent communicator, you will readily build strong and lasting business/client relationships and show a genuine commitment to client care.

• You will have a background in purely employment law or an employment law/litigation or other mix.

The law firm is a rapidly expanding and highly respected niche employment law practice, they currently employ eleven Employment Solicitors. The practice punches above its weight with a good mix of Claimant and Respondent work.
