A FE College in Linolnshire are seeking an enthusiastic, student-focused English Lecturer to deliver high-impact teaching across Entry Level to GCSE. This is your chance to help learners build confidence, improve literacy, and unlock life-changing opportunities.

• Teach English from Entry Level to Level 2 GCSE and Functional Skills.

• Plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons - including online learning.

• Use SMART targets to drive student progress and achievement.

• Deliver engaging feedback that inspires improvement.

• Contribute to course development, quality processes, and learner recruitment.

• A teaching qualification (Level 5 or working towards - full training provided).

• Strong English subject knowledge (min. Level 3 or above).

• A track record (or potential) for motivating learners and improving outcomes.

• Confident with digital tools and blended learning delivery.

• Passionate about safeguarding, inclusion, and making a real impact.
