Position: English Teacher (Permanent/Supply/Day to Day)
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Year Group: KS3 / KS4 / (KS5 optional)
Salary: £33,075 - £50,471 per annum / £150 - £250 per day
Contract: Permanent / Supply / Day to Day

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and impactful English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with KS5 optional)
• Foster a love of literature, language, and creative writing
• Support students of all abilities to express themselves with confidence and clarity
• Create a purposeful and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with a dedicated and supportive English department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related subject
• ESSENTIAL - QTS or equivalent and experience teaching in a Secondary School
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to raising standards and delivering high-quality education
