Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative English lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and potentially 5
• Promote a love of literature and language while developing students' critical thinking and communication skills
• Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with the English department to enrich the curriculum and share best practice

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge in both English Language and Literature
