The Supply Register is seeking expressions of interest from friendly, proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join Carlisle College as Enrolment Officers during the busy summer and autumn terms. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting student enrolment while gaining valuable experience within a vibrant educational environment.

About the Role

As an Enrolment Officer, you will be the first point of contact for students and visitors during the enrolment period. Your role will include processing applications, checking documentation, entering student data accurately, and offering helpful and professional customer service to ensure the smooth running of the college’s enrolment process.

Requirements

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Excellent IT and administrative skills

- Confidence in handling data entry and payment systems

- Experience working in a busy, public-facing environment

- A calm, positive attitude and willingness to work flexibly

- Commitment to safeguarding and equality

Previous experience as an Enrolment Officer or in a similar education environment is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
