Estate Agent Viewings Negotiator

A first class opportunity for an established Part Time Viewings Negotiator with at least some property sales or excellent customer service experience, to join one of the best and most sought after agents in the Exeter & Exeter outskirts areas to undertake property viewings on a part time basis, Fridays and Saturdays, (8.45am to 5.30pm weekdays and Saturdays (9am to 2pm) with a pro rata salary of £27-29,000 depending on experience.

Our client is regarded as one of the best property agents in the Devon area and with a superb reputation to work for, they don't often have opportunities such as this available. This is an important role and will involve obtaining a good working knowledge of the register. It will also require excellent time-management and interpersonal and communications skills.

Applicants must be organised and self-motivated and above all have the desire to provide excellent customer service. Earning potential £27-29,000 pro rata depending on experience.
