Estimator

Premier Work Support is working on behalf of a leading architectural glazing company who are seeking a Fenestration Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

• Develop accurate and competitive estimates for various fenestration systems including UPVC, aluminium and timber products
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, architects, project managers and internal teams to ensure clarity and precision
• Analyse project specifications- interpreting architectural and engineering drawings to understand project requirements and determine product selection
• Calculate expenses for materials, workforce and equipment to ensure bids are both competitive and profitable
• Developing cost effective options while maintaining project quality and meeting customer needs

Experience required:

• Solid fenestration experience in fabrication, installation or both
• Proficient in LogiKal software or similar softwares
• Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schedules
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
