Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking Evening Nursery Cleaner to join our team. As an Evening Nursery Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of an educational institution in NN1 Northampton, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff. This is a part-time position for 2 hours in the evening, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and dusting

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, classrooms, and common areas

• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling

• Refill soap and paper supplies in restrooms

• Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other surfaces

• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor

• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures

• Maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling of cleaning equipment

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting, and bending

• Reliable transportation to and from the school in NN1 Northampton
