Events Team Member

The Event Team Member is an essential role within the Shark Club UK responsible for the planning and execution of our wide range of events throughout the year. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a true passion for event planning and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous event coordination experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support executing various types of events, which may include but are not limited to private parties, corporate events, charity fundraisers, music events, and seasonal celebrations.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that event specifications are understood and agreed upon.
• Manage client expectations and requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to create unique event experiences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Monitor and report on event feedback to improve future event planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and take necessary action to resolve any arising issues.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from guests, staff and management.
• Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on work ethic and ability to support with set ups for the events.
