Exam Invigilator

Are you interested in working flexible or part-time hours in a couple of schools within East Hull? We have shifts available to start from as early as the 12th May, to work until the end of June. This is seasonal work, every single year, so if interested this work would be available in the next academic year around a similar time.

The schools are looking for candidates with good communication and organisation skills that can support students taking their GCSES.

The responsibilities and duties of the role, are the following:

• Follow the instructions of the exam manager.

• Ensure students are seated in accordance with examination regulations.
• Vigilantly supervise the examination process, ensuring all candidates adhere to exam rules.
• Maintain the security of exam papers and other materials.
• Record attendance and manage any late arrivals.
• Ensure candidates remain under supervision throughout the exam.
• Safely collect and secure completed exam papers and other materials.
• Ensure candidates exit the exam room in an orderly and quiet manner.

The role begins after Easter and will last until the end of June. The payment for the role is between £13.68 - £14.68 per hour.
