Exciting Opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner SEND

Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (SEND)
Location: Bedford (MK40)
Rate: £14 - £18 per hour (dependent on experience and qualification)
Contract Type: Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement

We are currently seeking a passionate and proactive Nursery Practitioner to join an independent school in Bedford (MK40). This exciting opportunity will involve working with young learners in a nurturing environment, providing essential early years support to children with SEND needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support for children in the nursery
* Implement engaging activities that support early childhood development
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with the team to ensure a safe and stimulating setting
Key Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or higher in Early Years Education/ Childcare Practitioner Qualification
* Experience working with SEND children in nursery or Primary settings
* A bubbly, hands-on attitude-someone who isn't afraid to get mucky!
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
