Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of an inspiring charity based in the heart of Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to join a purpose-driven organisation during an exciting period of change and development. This role has the potential to grow and evolve with the organisation, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
- Plymouth City Centre - 25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish times within office hours) - £13.00 – £15.00 per hour depending on experience - 3-month temporary contract – with potential to be extended or become permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team
Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meetings
Take minutes at key meetings and follow up on actions
Assist with the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations
Support project delivery by managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Contribute to data protection audits and IT modernisation projects
Help streamline governance processes and internal communication
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role is essential
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident working closely with senior leaders
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Professional, proactive, and flexible approach
