Executive Mentor Coach

Location: U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania

Position: Part-time

Duties:

• Direct and refine the Army War College (AWC) Executive Mentor Coaching Program within the broader Army Coaching Program (ACP).
• Collaborate and integrate with other Professional Military Education (PME) institutions.
• Provide advice on coach development for AWC internal coaches.
• Support command assessment programs, and selectees for pre-command courses.

Requirements:

• Senior Level College education from a Senior Service College or an accredited SSC Distance Education Program.
• A minimum of a master’s degree in relevant disciplines such as Strategic Leadership, National Security Policy, Organizational Behavior, etc.
• At least one year of recent teaching experience in graduate-level courses or Senior Service Colleges.
• Coaching credentials such as International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification (PCC or comparable) and experience coaching diverse populations.
