Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant with a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Reed Education is looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our supply team and make a real impact in primary schools across Doncaster.

You will be working closely with children who require additional support, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in a nurturing learning environment. Roles may include 1:1 support, small group work, or general classroom assistance, depending on the needs of the school and pupils.

• Essential: Proven experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs
• Desirable: Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, Autism Awareness)
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
