Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant - September Start
Location: East London & Essex Start Date: September 2026 Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm (depending on the setting)

We are working with a range of welcoming primary schools and nurseries looking for enthusiastic graduates to join their EYFS teams from September. You'll play a key role in supporting children during the most important stage of their educational journey, helping them develop confidence, communication skills and a love of learning.
The Role:
Supporting children within Nursery and Reception classrooms Delivering engaging one-to-one and small group activities to support early learning Assisting with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and language development Encouraging learning through play and creative activities Helping children develop social, emotional and communication skills Supporting pupils with additional needs where required Working closely with teachers to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
A recent graduate with a strong academic background Passionate about working with young children Patient, caring and enthusiastic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn Experience working with children (schools, nurseries, coaching, tutoring or childcare) is desirable but not essential
