What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning and delivering creative, play-based learning experiences tailored to meet the needs of Reception pupils.


• Supporting early literacy, numeracy, and social development through engaging and interactive activities.


• Monitoring progress, assessing learning, and providing constructive feedback.


• Creating an inclusive classroom that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners.


• Collaborating with colleagues to develop an engaging EYFS curriculum.


• Building strong relationships with parents and guardians to support each child’s development.


• Engaging in staff training, meetings, and wider school initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.


• Experience teaching in EYFS, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.


• A creative and nurturing educator who can foster a love for learning in young children.


• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.


• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a passion for continuous professional development.
