Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity in a dynamic educational setting? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of a thriving independent primary school in Southwark, seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to join their team.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week, spread over 5 days) offering hybrid working, providing the ideal balance between on-site oversight and remote administrative responsibilities.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining the school's facilities to a high standard

• Coordinating with external contractors and service providers

• Ensuring health & safety, compliance, and maintenance schedules are met

• Supporting day-to-day site operations to ensure a smooth-running learning environment

• Proven experience in facilities or premises management

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Confidence in liaising with contractors and service teams

• Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable
