Location: Kembrey Park, Swindon
Pay: £13 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Head Office. You'll be the go-to person for facilities support, helping to ensure the building runs smoothly and stays safe, clean, and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all facilities-related issues
Support and supervise contractors and service providers on-site
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
Manage security systems, including access control
Carry out regular facilities checks and maintenance tasks (e.g., post handling, meeting room set-up, coffee machine refills, etc.)
Keep records, trackers, and documentation up to date
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Someone friendly and helpful with a customer-focused mindset
Good communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable with basic admin tasks and using Microsoft Office
You'll Be Working With:
Internal teams across the Head Office
External contractors and service providers
