Location: Manchester | Sheffield | Bristol | Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £34,000 - £59,000 DOE + Bonus + Top-Tier Benefits

Due to the continued growth of a leading, progressive legal team, we're recruiting Family Law Solicitors across a variety of levels - from NQ up to Lead Solicitor. Whether you're just beginning your legal journey or ready to step into strategic leadership, this could be your next career move!

No need to bring a following - your caseload will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing
-Managing a varied caseload of family matters (divorce, finances, child arrangements, pre/post-nups)
-Taking ownership of files from instruction to conclusion - supported by admin and secretarial teams
-Using modern case management systems to stay on top of things
-Meeting individual and team targets in a balanced, client-focused environment
-Senior/Lead level Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to leadership, strategy, and development of the family law function

Who We're Looking For
-Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with solid family law experience
-Experienced in handling privately funded matters (no legal aid work)
-Able to meet chargeable time/billing targets while maintaining top client service
-Strong IT/case management skills
-Detail-oriented, well-organised and collaborative
-Confident, resilient and excited by change and growth!
