Are you a Field Service Engineer with background in Printers, Photocopiers or similar looking for a position with a tight-knit office fit out company who can provide access to full manufacturer training, a host of company benefits and a varied working day?

In this role, you will be responsible for the install, maintenance, and repair photocopiers and printers in educational institutions and businesses. Key tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, ensuring GDPR compliance, and integrating software solutions like Papercut, Store and Find, Convert & Share, and cloud-based scanning. You'll provide both remote and on-site support, aiming for quick, first-time fixes.

THE ROLE

• Servicing Printers and Photocopiers
• Helping with general office fit out
• Delivering and setting up new and leased Photocopiers and Printers
• Travel throughout the South-West

THE PERSON

• Background in in Printers and Photocopiers
• Happy with occasional travel around the South-West and further afield
• Background in IT systems/data security protocols
