Office Finance Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Kenilworth
Salary: £12,800 per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week over 4 days (must include Fridays)

Are you looking for a varied and rewarding role in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment? A growing Christian charity is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Finance Administrator to join their small, dedicated team based in Kenilworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that supports vulnerable communities overseas. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and finance support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Record and process financial donations from multiple income streams
  • Monitor bank transactions, standing orders, and online donations
  • Assist with Gift Aid claims and financial reporting
  • Support the charity’s online shop, including order fulfilment and stock management
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems (training provided)
  • Handle general office duties including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a tidy workspace
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a finance or office administration role (charity sector experience desirable)
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Office 365 preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a faith-based environment and engaging with supporters and partners
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
