Job Description - Finance Administrator Part-time

Accounts and Admin Assistant (Part-Time)
  • Type: Permanent
  • Location: London, EC1N
  • Hours: Part time, 9am-5.30pm, (3-4 days a week)
  • Work Pattern: Hybrid (home and office)

Our client, a leading sports advertising and communications firm with a presence in London and Miami are looking for an Accounts and Admin Assistant to their Finance Department. This role is crucial in supporting their financial operations and administrative tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process Ad Partner invoices, ensuring accuracy and reconciling discrepancies, approximately 150-175 per month.
  • Prepare Self Bills for US publishers.
  • Contribute to the cash flow forecast process.
  • Enhance and prepare the monthly "Matrix" in collaboration with internal teams, centred around a large Excel file.
  • Utilise Hubspot to run various Network & Sales reports; training will be provided.
  • Process credit card expenses.
  • Manage office administration tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong financial aptitude.
  • Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience or knowledge of Xero software is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
