Finance Administrator Part-time 3 days a week

JOB TITLE: Part-time Finance Administrator

LOCATION: Rural Maidstone | Transport needed

SALARY: £14ph to £15ph

TERM: 3 months, possible longer

HOURS: 9am to 5pm | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this local employer in their search for a Finance Administrator. This is a rare opportunity to work part time hours, 2 or 3 days a week for approximately 3 months.

You will be based in stunning open plan offices with countryside views and ample free parking on site, working as part of such a friendly welcoming team. Due to the location you will need to drive.

The key duties and requirements are:

• Supporting the Finance team with a range of duties
• Raising and sending invoices
• Bank Reconciliation
• Processing payments
• Updating financial records
• Using Excel, accurate data entry
• Other finance duties as required

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

• Some basic finance experience
• Experience with processing invoices, payment runs
• Strong attention to detail
