Reed Accountancy and Finance are working with a rapidly growing company seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join their team. This role involves a variety of tasks including providing support to the Management Accountant.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage bookkeeping, including handling the purchase ledger, expenses, credit cards, and foreign currency payments.
• Oversee the authorisation process of invoices for payment.
• Support the Management Accountant with monthly tasks.
• Provide secretarial support.
• Liaise with payroll, track movements, and raise minutes as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in a varied finance environment.
• Understanding of accounting practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Confident communication skills.
• Motivated and capable of working independently.
