Finance Assistant

SF are currently recruiting for a part-time finance assistant, to support a business located in Foston, DE65 for 20 hours per week on a temporary basis. Perfect for working around school hours. Once in the role, you will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position. You will be joining a small & friendly team.

Hours: 20 per week
Pay: £12.50 - £12.82ph
Pattern: Monday - Friday (9am - 1pm OR 10am - 2pm)
Length: approx. 2 months
Start: ASAP

General Duties:

- Processing Invoices
- Supplier reconciliations
- Investigating queries with parked invoices
- Matching GRN's to Invoices
- Assisting with Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with generating Payment Runs, in preparation for loading onto bank software.
- Assisting with Credit Control when / where required.

Experience required:

- AR / AP Experience.
- Excel
- Good Communication / helpful manner
