Job Description - Finance Assistant

Adele Carr Recruitment.

New role available - Part time Finance Assistant - between 20-25 hours per week (flexible on days and hours).

Hybrid schedule - home and office based.

Job Spec:

Sales and purchase ledger invoicing
Matching, batching and coding
Credit card reconciliation
Statement reconciliations
Create new supplier codes
Monthly routine such as sales ledger accounts postings and allocations.
Bank reconciliations

Person Spec:

Experience working within a similar role
Good IT skills
Sage experience would be an advantage
Available to start at short notice
