Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant- Belfast City Centre- Part-Time, Temporary

Reed Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-known organisation with offices based in Belfast City Centre.

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a part time basis.

This position is offering an immediate start, 24hours- 32 hours per week and will be for a period of 9 months to cover maternity leave.

The successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:

• Sales Ledger invoice processing
• Sending statements to debtors
• Assisting with purchase ledger invoice processing
• Payroll administrative duties when required
• General accounting and administrative duties as and when required

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working within a Finance role, and carrying out similar duties
• IT Proficient
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
