Job Title: Finance Assistant - Part Time

Salary: Up to £26,000 FTE

Location: Lichfield

THIS IS A PART TIME HYBRID ROLE WORKING 3 OR 4 DAYS A WEEK!

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Finance Assistant for a fantastic business in Lichfield. The company has an excellent Finance team and this role would be ideal for someone who is looking to develop within a company.

The Candidates responsibilities:

• Dealing with internal and external queries.
• Processing client statements and payments.
• General Finance Assistant duties e.g., reconciling statements, producing accounts, general bookkeeping, VAT etc.
• Processing of invoices.
• Regular credit control.
• Providing general financial admin support o the team.

Skills Needed:

• Experience within a similar role is critical.
• General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills are necessary as communicating with clients and colleagues is a key part of the role.
• An excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a high degree of numeracy and literacy are key.
• The candidate would need to be a team player with a professional approach when dealing with colleagues and customers and third parties.
