Location: Newark (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 1 day from home)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata (4 days per week)

The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in working alongside operational leaders, helping them understand the financial landscape and drive commercial success.

Your key responsibilities include:
  
Producing and analysing management accounts to provide insights for business growth.
Partnering with operational teams to improve profitability and cash flow.
Helping teams understand their cost base, available funding, and liaising with the Funding Manager on grant applications.
Supporting the transition to a new finance system (currently using Sage 50 and Xero).
Leading on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Driving efficiency by identifying opportunities to optimise underutilised assets
What We’re Looking For
  
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  
? Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience
? Proven Finance Business Partnering experience in a commercial or charitable setting
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders
? Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
? A proactive and solutions-driven mindset
  
Charity sector experience is beneficial but not essential.
