What You’ll Be Doing:
? Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
? Manage financial controls and process improvements, identifying areas for optimisation.
? Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions.
? Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and audit processes.
? Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
 
What We’re Looking For:
?? Strong technical finance experience, particularly in month-end reporting and controls.
?? A problem-solver who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
?? Excellent communication skills – able to engage with stakeholders across the business.
?? Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
?? Part-qualified (nearing completion) or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
