Finance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a reputable and successful service business based in Doncaster as they look to recruit a Finance Manager into the team. This role will report straight into the Company Director and will be responsible for 1 member of staff. They will consider somebody on either a full time or a part time basis (3 or 4 days a week).

This is an all round role with duties to include: -

• Production of Monthly Management Accounts
• Cashflow forecasting
• Performing various analysis and month end reporting
• Oversee the company’s financial performance
• Monitoring business costs
• Business partnering with both the commercial and operations teams
• Oversee financial transactions
• Reconcile all bank accounts
• Processing quarterly VAT returns
• Liaise with external accountants at year-end
• Collate monthly payroll information
• Manage employee expenses
• Any other ad-hoc tasks

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experiences: -

• CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified (QBE will also be considered)
• Staff management experience would be desirable
• Good organisation skills
• Team player
• Good communicator
• Ability to multi-task
